Engr Dr Akwenuke Onoziogie Moses _PhD_FNSE FNICE_ , _FNEE_ , CFPM,_DoctoralFCICPFM_ _CPMP, CCMP, CIPMNP_ born 14th June 1964 Graduated with a B. Eng in Civil Engineering from Bendel State University in 1986 , M.Sc in Environmental Resources Management, Lagos State University, Ojo, Lagos, 2000, PhD in Water Resources/ Environmental Health Engineering, University of Benin, 2015. I am a fellow of the Nigeria Society of Engineers (FNSE), a Fellow of the Nigerian Institution of Civil Engineers ( FNICE), fellow of the Nigerian Environmental Engineers(FNEE), Fellow, Chartered Institute of Project Managerd of Nigeria (CFPM), a doctoral Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Contract, Project and Facility Management (FCICPFM), a Chartered member of the Chartered Institute of Project Managers of Nigeria ( CIPMN), a Certified Contract Management professional (CCMP), Chartered Project Management Professional (CPMP) and Chartered COREN Registered Engineer. I have published a number of International , National and local research articles in reputable journals. I have practiced civil engineering over the years both in the private and public sectors that involves design, construction, management and lecturing. I am presently the head of civil and Water Resources Engineering Department, Faculty of Engineering at the Southern Delta University Ozoro
