Profile

Dr. (Mrs.) Helen Enerunmone Ogheneyoma LUCENT-IWHIWHU is a lecturer and researcher in the Department of Business Administration, Southern Delta University. She holds a first degree in Business Administration/Sociology, Master of Business Administration (MBA) and M.Sc. Human Resource Management, all from the University of Benin. She bagged her PhD in Business Administration from Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu University, formerly Anambra State University. She has over twenty-five years of academic experience, including service at the defunct Delta State Polytechnic, Ozoro, where she handled academic, administrative and committee roles. Her research interests include Human Resource Management, Organisational Behaviour, Talent Management, Employee Performance, Organisational Culture and Management. She has published in local, national and international journals. She is actively engaged in teaching, research and supervision. She belongs to professional bodies, and welcomes research collaboration within and outside Nigeria.
