Profile

Dr. Chioke is a public administration academic and researcher from Nigeria who specializes in public policy analysis and development studies. His scientific interests include public policy, governance, local government administration, development studies, political institutions, and digital governance. His work has been published in respectable local and international journals and has added to current discussions on public sector reforms, education, leadership, anti-corruption, migration, democracy, and sustainable development. Dr Chioke is interested in mentoring students through supervisory roles and advancing empirical-based policymaking through interdisciplinary scholarship.
