Lecturer, Department of Accounting Southern Delta University, Ozoro, Delta State, Nigeria Ezon Prezugha is a Lecturer in the Department of Accounting, Southern Delta University, Ozoro, Delta State, Nigeria, where he teaches Financial Accounting and contributes to the academic development and professional training of accounting students. He holds an Ordinary National Diploma (OND), Higher National Diploma (HND), Postgraduate Diploma (PGD), and Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Accounting. He has also progressed to the doctoral level and is currently PhD in view in Financial Accounting, reflecting his commitment to advanced scholarship and continuous professional development in accounting. His academic and research interests are centred on Financial Accounting, Financial Reporting, Corporate Governance, Auditing, Accounting Information Systems, Corporate Social Responsibility, Financial Performance, and Accounting Ethics. His research interests particularly focus on contemporary accounting and financial reporting issues affecting organisations in Nigeria.
